One suggestion would be to create superior versions of the creations your group use the most. These are examples feel free to rework them as you see fit. When rolling Alchemy a success results in one creation, a raise results in two creations. The components can be found throughout the world, via gathering, looting, harvesting from monsters, etc. Each Witcher will start out with a d4 in this skill.
